the price
why is a full startup launch $19,500?
it covers a focused web app with three core workflows and up to eight main screens, login, a database, a billing integration, and a basic admin. it adds a website of up to five pages with a CMS, and a starter brand: logo, colors, typography, and short guidelines. the app launch, the website launch, and a brand sprint come to $21,500 booked separately. shared discovery and design work save you $2,000.
what shapes the price?
every launch has a set scope, listed on its card. larger features, such as marketplaces, big migrations, offline sync, regulated workflows, or custom integrations, get their own discovery and price before work starts. mobile apps for iOS and android are quoted on their own.
how do payments work?
launches: 50% to book, 30% at the working preview, and 20% at acceptance. a launch blueprint is paid when you book it, and the $750 comes off a launch booked within 30 days. monthly plans are billed each month, on the terms in your agreement.
who owns the work?
you do. your code, your website, and your accounts stay in your name from day one, and everything we make is yours once it's paid. we're happy to sign your nda first, and we show the work in our portfolio once it's public.

what is a launch blueprint?
a $750 workshop that turns your idea into a plan: the scope, your key user flow, a wireframe, and a fixed quote for your launch. book a launch within 30 days, and the $750 comes off its price.
what comes with every launch?
two rounds of consolidated design changes, deployment, a handoff, and 30 days of fixes for defects against the agreed scope. new ideas get their own quote, or join a monthly plan. you see a working preview early, and the second payment comes with it.
working together
what happens after i book a call?
a 15 minute call with joseph about what you're building and who it's for. then a written quote with the scope, one fixed price, and target dates, or a $750 launch blueprint to shape the scope first.

our targets: a landing page in 5 to 7 business days, a brand sprint in 1 to 2 weeks, a website in 2 to 3 weeks, a web app in 4 to 6 weeks, and a full startup launch in 5 to 7 weeks. the weeks start once scope, content, access, and your part are ready, and you see a working preview early.

who will we work with?
joseph, as your design manager: priorities, scope, quality, and your day-to-day contact. on launches, joseph and the team also write the code. obi noshie is our senior art director, karim tabbara our senior ux/ui designer, and sidhant bansal runs operations.

we already have a product. can you join us?
yes. product design growth, at $11,000 a month, works through your prioritized backlog with a weekly review. product design partner, at $25,000 a month, runs your design function alongside your engineers. we redesigned schedex so any restaurant can set itself up, and refreshed its brand and website.

do you work with our own model?
yes. we design with real answers from your model early. then we build the product side: calling your model, showing answers as they arrive, and every state in between, scoped in your quote. your team keeps the model.
is our app a wellness app or a medical device?
your regulatory advisor guides that call, based on what your product is meant to do. we design with their guidance. our part is clarity and care: plain sentences about habits and patterns, and every figure shown as an estimate.
can you work with rings, straps, and other wearables?
yes, with a mobile app quoted for your device. we design the pairing, the permissions, and the daily view, and your hardware team keeps the device and its firmware. kenko AI, a smart ring and strap, is one of the products we've shaped.
where does our users' data go?
privacy is part of the design from the first sketch. tabilog, our own app, keeps its data on the phone. your legal advisor confirms which privacy laws apply.
